Refund policy

If it isn’t useful, we refund.

We want neet.bio to be useful to you. If it isn’t, we will refund. No forms. No arguments.

How to request a refund

Email hello@neet.bio within 7 days of your payment with your order ID. We will refund the full ₹2,499 to the same UPI ID, card, or wallet you paid with. Refunds process within 5 working days.

After 7 days

Refunds after the 7-day window are handled case by case. Email us with the reason and we will work it out together.

What is not eligible

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment. After that window the access has already served its purpose.

Questions before buying?

Email hello@neet.bio first. Knowing what you need is cheaper than paying and refunding.
